Tummy Tuck Procedure

A tummy tuck is a surgical procedure where the surgeon will make an incision from hip to hip just above your bikini line before proceeding to detach the skin from the abdominal wall. He will then realign the abdominal muscles and extract excess fat before tightening the skin and pulling everything together before restitching.

This procedure is done under sedation, on a day basis and typically takes a couple of hours to complete. Following the surgery you will be taken into our onsite recovery room where you will be monitored by our Nurse and allowed to rest before being free to go home on the same day.

Is a tummy tuck a safe procedure?
There are risks associated with all cosmetic procedures and these will be outlined to you thoroughly during your consultation. We do take the safety of our patients and staff extremely importantly here at Victoria House Clinic and our registration with the CQC confirms this is a safe environment and we are authorised to carry out the procedures we offer.
