What removal method is used?
All of our removal treatments are done under local anaesthetic, whereby the area is numbed so the procedure will be extremely painless. Our mole removal procedures offer three different types of methods including excision, curettage and shave removal. The chosen method will be determined by Dr George Filobbos where he will take into account the size and shape of the mole.
For the other skin concerns excision removal will be the chosen method. All methods used are completely safe and non-invasive. Typically most of our removal treatments only take around 1-2 hours.
I'm concerned about a lesion on my body:
If you're concerned about a lesion, mole or lump on your body then this absolutely needs to be checked out. We offer full body skin checks for moles where Dr George will assess the moles on your body offering his medical advice. We will also send removed moles off for further testing if we believe they could be abnormal. We're here to support you medically.
