Fat Transfer Surgery
Fat transfer surgery is a non-invasive, minor surgical procedure.
The procedure involves multiple different stages. The first one being the removal of the fat. Where the doctor will make incisions into the skin before using a tube to suck out fat. The next stage will then be the preparation of the fat to get it ready to go back into the body. Once ready the doctor will then inject the fat back into the skin into the area you are wanting to augment.
This procedure is done under local anaesthetic and typically takes a couple of hours to complete. Following the procedure you will be taken into our onsite recovery room where you will be monitored and allowed to rest before being free to go home on the same day.
Is fat transfer a safe treatment?
Yes, this treatment is extremely safe and carried out by our Medical Director. We have a team of trained medical experts on site here in our CQC registered clinic to ensure your safety before, during and after treatment.
