Breast Reduction Surgery

Breast reduction surgery is a cosmetic procedure designed to reduce both the size and weight of breasts. This procedure can also help enhance the appearance of the breasts by improving their shape and any drooping that might be present. Why get a breast reduction?

There are a number of reasons as to why a woman might be considering a breast reduction, here are a few of the most common reasons:

Whatever your reasons are for considering breast reduction, we're here to help. Your breast reduction procedure will be carried out in our CQC registered clinic by our Medical Director; Dr George Filobbos who is an esteemed Consultant Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon.

Breast Reduction Surgical Procedure

Breast reduction is a cosmetic procedure that typically involves the surgeon making an incision into the breast area to remove any excess tissue, skin and fat. With what's left the surgeon will then begin to reshape and uplift the breasts, and reposition the nipple placement.

This procedure is done under sedation, on a day basis and typically takes a few hours to complete. Following the surgery you will be taken into our onsite recovery room where you will be monitored by our Nurse and allowed to rest before being free to go home on the same day.
