Areola Reduction Surgical Procedure
Areola reduction is a non-invasive, minor surgical procedure. During the procedure a small incision will be made in the breast area before removing a circular strip of the outer areola. The skin will then be tightened and repositioned to create a new smaller areola.
This procedure is done under local anaesthetic and typically takes approx. 1-2 hours to complete. Following the procedure you will be taken into our onsite recovery room where you will be monitored and allowed to rest before being free to go home on the same day.
Is areola reduction a safe treatment?
Yes, this treatment is extremely safe and carried out by our Medical Director. We have a team of trained medical experts on site here in our CQC registered clinic to ensure your safety before, during and after treatment.
