I was planning on using Victoria House Clinic. However, I won't be after seeing a recent negative review they have received. Irregardless of pricing and discounts from one month to the next, to give a dissatisfied customer a refund for multiple tattoo removal bookings (which are needed to reduce your ludicrous prices) but charge him almost £350.00 for one session is downright greedy. You should have charged the customer the full amount for the one treatment that he had minus 50% - the original discount that you offered. £345.00 for one tattoo removal session is laughable.*I have no link to any individual who might have left a negative review for your business. I was going to use your clinic for tattoo removal until I saw that you charged an unhappy customer almost £350.00 for one tattoo treatment. You can come up with all the excuses in the world, but the reality is your business operates in a greedy manner and is not centred around customer care. Contacting Google to get perfectly valid reviews removed shows how you operate as a business.

Went for a consultation on laser tattoo removal and was told for March only they were giving a 50% discount on laser treatments, so instead of just paying for the one session, I paid £1035 in advance for 6 sessions of laser tattoo removal at the "50% discount", which was apparently time limited. A couple weeks later, I look online and see it's now a 65% discount for April, which would be £725 instead of the £1035 I paid in advance. So I was charged an extra £310 because I stupidly paid upfront for multiple sessions instead of just paying for one at a time. Contacted the clinic who said they wouldn't refund the £310 difference. I cancelled the remaining 5 sessions and asked for a refund on them and then , to add insult to injury, I had to pay £345 for the one session I had, which is now priced at £120 a session, in order for them to refund me my remaining money. I basically got ripped off and I am only getting a £690 refund. I should never have paid in advance. It's a very shady business practice considering they're already grossly overpriced compared to other clinics. Most other places are charging less than £400 for 6 sessions and that's without a so-called sale, but I went with this clinic because I thought they were professional, trustworthy and it was convenient and close to home, I was wrong. I also wasn't told they have a "sale" every month, it was made out to me as though this 50% discount was a rare, time limited offer.Lying by omission. I'd rather take the financial loss than have them give me anymore medical treatments, they clearly can't be trusted.I thought I was dealing with medical professionals, not something akin to a sneaky used car dealership, hence my willingness to pay their obnoxiously inflated prices. Lesson learned.

I contacted Victoria House Clinic as I was diagnosed with PCOS 10 years ago and have suffered with thick dark hair on my face ever since. I was shaving the hair off my face twice a day and it got to the point where I was getting a rash all over my lower face and neck. I spoke to Sally about this and she has been great! I shave 1-2 times a week and the hair is much lighter when it does finally grow back! I would 100% recommend the laser hair removal here. Sally is very lovely and friendly, I even recommended my mom to her as my mom also suffers from the same thing.

I have been coming to Victoria house now for a few months to have a course of laser hair removal. Having had laser before now I can safety say that Victoria house has been the best. I have met both Sindy and Sally, and both have been absolutely fabulous. They are professional, informative whilst offering a friendly and approachable attitude making you feel comfortable whilst having your treatments. I don’t think I would ever go ever where else for my treatment now, great service! On top of this, the clinic has its own private parking and the building is gorgeous, the waiting area is so welcoming and there are toilets and refreshments available .

I originally won a competition for 6 sessions of LHR on my underarms, I’ve always been sceptical over LHR as I’ve heard story’s of not working etc. But after completing just two session of my underarms I was amazed at the results so decided to book in for full body LHR with Hannah.
