The team always explained the benefits and risks of any procedure in clear and transparent detail, and I never felt pressured into any treatment for financial gain.Even when occasional issues arose, such as a cancelled appointment without prior notification, the team made genuine efforts to put things right. Went for a consultation on laser tattoo removal and was told for March only they were giving a 50% discount on laser treatments, so instead of just paying for the one session, I paid £1035 in advance for 6 sessions of laser tattoo removal at the "50% discount", which was apparently time limited. A couple weeks later, I look online and see it's now a 65% discount for April, which would be £725 instead of the £1035 I paid in advance. So I was charged an extra £310 because I stupidly paid upfront for multiple sessions instead of just paying for one at a time. Contacted the clinic who said they wouldn't refund the £310 difference. I cancelled the remaining 5 sessions and asked for a refund on them and then , to add insult to injury, I had to pay £345 for the one session I had, which is now priced at £120 a session, in order for them to refund me my remaining money. I basically got ripped off and I am only getting a £690 refund. I should never have paid in advance. It's a very shady business practice considering they're already grossly overpriced compared to other clinics. Most other places are charging less than £400 for 6 sessions and that's without a so-called sale, but I went with this clinic because I thought they were professional, trustworthy and it was convenient and close to home, I was wrong. I also wasn't told they have a "sale" every month, it was made out to me as though this 50% discount was a rare, time limited offer.Lying by omission. I'd rather take the financial loss than have them give me anymore medical treatments, they clearly can't be trusted.I thought I was dealing with medical professionals, not something akin to a sneaky used car dealership, hence my willingness to pay their obnoxiously inflated prices. Lesson learned.

I contacted Victoria House Clinic as I was diagnosed with PCOS 10 years ago and have suffered with thick dark hair on my face ever since. I was shaving the hair off my face twice a day and it got to the point where I was getting a rash all over my lower face and neck. I spoke to Sally about this and she has been great! I shave 1-2 times a week and the hair is much lighter when it does finally grow back! I would 100% recommend the laser hair removal here. Sally is very lovely and friendly, I even recommended my mom to her as my mom also suffers from the same thing.

As soon as I walked in to this clinic and met the wonderful Hannah i knew this was the right decision. Dr George was great in explaining the procedure and detailed all important information prior to surgery. George and Casey ensured I was comfortable throughout the surgery and delivered excellent after care. I have been going to Victoria House Clinic for laser hair removal, and I can’t recommend them enough! My specialist, Hannah, is amazing. She always puts me at ease and offers a truly personalised service. Despite having thick hair in my beard area, I’ve already seen noticeable reduction in growth. The clinic’a atmosphere is premium, and the staff are all super friendly and professional- plus, they’re all pretty easy on the eyes! They’re also really understanding when it comes to rescheduling appointments, which is a huge plus. The prices are competitive for the high- quality service you receive. If you’re considering laser hair removal, I definitely recommend Victoria House Clinic!

I’ve been a laser hair removal client at the Victoria house clinic for over a year now and have the amazing Hannah as my clinician, who always does a thorough and high quality job each session. She’s really personable and efficient, which makes the whole experience seamless each time. I initially came to this clinic following a period of time at SKIN clinics, where I left due to the decline in service quality. As soon as I came to Victoria house, I could tell the difference already. There are so many great things including the cleanliness, aesthetic, really personable staff and flexible method of communication.

Hannah has been, and continues to be a wonderful therapist in performing my laser treatments. She always puts me at ease, explains procedures and observes correct practices in the clinic . The clinic is beautifully and tastefully designed, and the rooms are aesthetically pleasing. Hannah uses the latest technology and I am more than half way in my hair removal journey. I have nothing but praise for Victoria House Clinic. All staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the clinic is so clean and well-presented. I felt comfortable from my very first visit, and have had quite a few different treatments here now. Most recently I have been having a course of chemical peels with Sally, and I can't believe the difference it has made to my skin! I used to suffer with fairly severe acne, and my skin now is much clearer and smoother! I never feel pressured into committing to anything, and every question I ask Sally, she always has a coherent answer for. Would highly recommend this treatment, and this clinic as a whole. I have been coming to Victoria house now for a few months to have a course of laser hair removal. Having had laser before now I can safety say that Victoria house has been the best. I have met both Sindy and Sally, and both have been absolutely fabulous. They are professional, informative whilst offering a friendly and approachable attitude making you feel comfortable whilst having your treatments. I don’t think I would ever go ever where else for my treatment now, great service! On top of this, the clinic has its own private parking and the building is gorgeous, the waiting area is so welcoming and there are toilets and refreshments available .

Truly the epitome of private expert-led cosmetic treatments, this clinic deserves more than 5 stars!Choosing a clinic for the treatment that I was wanting to have done (Excision on my face) which is a sensitive area, was important to me and I am glad that I chose Victoria House. The service I received from my consultation right up to aftercare has been fantastic! Sindy has an uplifting aura and energy and has been absolutely wonderful throughout my treatment journey making me feel very welcome, supported, cared for and at ease, always smiling and re-assuring especially during surgery, a huge thank you to Sindy for this. Both Dr George and Dr Mohamed are specialists in this field and I am very happy with my decision as the surgery was smooth, efficient and was done with such precision echoing their professionalism. I originally won a competition for 6 sessions of LHR on my underarms, I’ve always been sceptical over LHR as I’ve heard story’s of not working etc. But after completing just two session of my underarms I was amazed at the results so decided to book in for full body LHR with Hannah. Hannah is so professional and friendly. I have also just branched out to have vascular treatment on my face as I had a broken capillary that I was always conscious of, can’t wait to try some more treatments - currently have my eye on the mesoestetic facials treatments!
