I have been coming to Victoria house now for a few months to have a course of laser hair removal. Having had laser before now I can safety say that Victoria house has been the best. I have met both Sindy and Sally, and both have been absolutely fabulous. They are professional, informative whilst offering a friendly and approachable attitude making you feel comfortable whilst having your treatments. I don’t think I would ever go ever where else for my treatment now, great service! On top of this, the clinic has its own private parking and the building is gorgeous, the waiting area is so welcoming and there are toilets and refreshments available .

Giving them a full star for the treatment I received. The clinic and everyone I met were very professional and welcoming and they are expert in their field. George (Mr. Filobbos) and Mohamed (Mr. Maher) gave me a VIP treatment and they would do the same for all their clients.

Truly the epitome of private expert-led cosmetic treatments, this clinic deserves more than 5 stars!Choosing a clinic for the treatment that I was wanting to have done (Excision on my face) which is a sensitive area, was important to me and I am glad that I chose Victoria House. The service I received from my consultation right up to aftercare has been fantastic! Sindy has an uplifting aura and energy and has been absolutely wonderful throughout my treatment journey making me feel very welcome, supported, cared for and at ease, always smiling and re-assuring especially during surgery, a huge thank you to Sindy for this. Both Dr George and Dr Mohamed are specialists in this field and I am very happy with my decision as the surgery was smooth, efficient and was done with such precision echoing their professionalism. Both Dr’s were especially kind and re-assuring from the consultation, to the surgery and post op visits. Seeing the results 4 months on, I am very happy and will definitely recommend this clinic to my close family and friends! A huge thank you again for the amazing service.

I have started light therapy with Sally, she has made me feel comfortable from the first consultation and discussed with the onsite doctor the best option for me. Sally offered a professional, safe, understanding environment and answered all of my questions, catered to my schedule and discussed a plan moving forwards. I am looking forward to going for my light therapy sessions and seeing an improvement in my skin! :)

I felt like I could trust her expert opinion and was happy with the results from my first session. Hannah did an amazing job doing my balance facial, she made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The facial itself was great and my skin is glowing! Hannah listened to my concerns and gave advice for me to follow. The place is aesthetically pleasing and all staff are friendly & welcoming. On-site parking, refreshments & a comfortable waiting area. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

I booked in recently for a consultation with the Dr and he gave some very honest and sound advice re my skin concerns which I really appreciate and pointed me in the right direction.The following week I booked in for a balance facial which was absolutely fantastic I left feeling refreshed.This will now be my regular clinic going forward for all my upcoming treatments.And I won’t forget to mention all the staff are ever so attentive and friendly and the building itself is beautifully presented.

I had been to a number of different clinics to start laser hair removal and as soon as I stepped into Victoria House Clinic, I knew that this was the clinic for me! Some of the other clinics were too pushy, pretentious or so busy you felt like you were in a production line. At Victoria House Clinic, you get everything you want from the experience and Sally and Sindy are so friendly, they take the time to make you feel at ease, explaining the process step by step. I am absolutely thrilled with the result and can’t recommend them enough! Thank you!

I originally won a competition for 6 sessions of LHR on my underarms, I’ve always been sceptical over LHR as I’ve heard story’s of not working etc. But after completing just two session of my underarms I was amazed at the results so decided to book in for full body LHR with Hannah. Hannah is so professional and friendly. I have also just branched out to have vascular treatment on my face as I had a broken capillary that I was always conscious of, can’t wait to try some more treatments – currently have my eye on the mesoestetic facials treatments! Couldn’t recommend Hannah and the Victoria house clinic more highly!Katie x

I’ve had 2 sessions of laser hair removal now and I could not believe the difference just after the first session, not much regrowth at all. The clinic is beautifully decorated and they have a high level of cleanliness. They have the latest and best machine for laser, which was why I originally chose them. The price was very reasonable too. I found the treatment to be comfortable and Sally made it easy to feel relaxed.
